Next week I’ll be considered full term (which, of course, means anytime in the next month). I’ve been busy preparing for Kaitlyn to arrive. I spent two weeks cooking a ton! In the freezer above the refrigerator I have approximately 11 dozen whole wheat muffins, several batches of cookie dough, and about three dozen breakfast burritos.
In the upright freezer in the garage there are over 40 meals I’ve prepared along with 11 dozen whole wheat waffles.

With all of this done I should have enough meals to last until around September 1st, with some fillers such as sandwiches and such. Now we will only need to go to the grocery store for fresh produce, dairy items and bread.
All that is left on my list to accomplish before Kaitlyn is born is a deep cleaning of the house and to pack our bags for the hospital. I can’t believe we are so close.
Wow, that looks awesome. I have never been good about massive cooking, and I have a huge freezer currently completely empty! good luck with the baby!
Do you have an army to feed?
You are prepared! Your freezer looks awesome. Best wishes for you, your new baby and your family.
You’ve done an excellent job of preparing for the future! This is quite an inspiration. If we should become pregnant again, I will certainly try to stock the freezer as you have!
Great work, Mama! This will be such a blessing to your family after your baby is born.
Wow, you ARE prepared! Way to go! Would you mind sharing your breakfast burrito recipe? My husband loves them from McDonald’s, but obviously they’re not exactly good for you! I’d love to try a homemade version. Thanks!
